Banquet
Typically used for plated meals, buffets, or working sessions involving small group discussions.

Boardroom and pavé tables
Suitable for discussions and working sessions requiring note-taking.

U-Shape
This setup allows meeting participants to interact more easily among themselves. Interaction with the facilitator is facilitated. This setup often requires audiovisual equipment, a whiteboard, and seminar kits for note-taking.

Theater
Suitable for conferences, general assemblies, and large listening sessions where extensive note-taking is not required. This arrangement often requires a stage for speaker presentations and audiovisual equipment.

Classroom
Relevant for training sessions requiring practical workshops. Tables allow for material display, note-taking, and facilitate group work or pair work.

Cabaret
Combines theater and banquet arrangements. A speaker can address the audience from a stage while attendees are seated at round tables. This setup is suitable for seminars, conferences, or dinner shows.

Cocktail
A standing reception where tray service is typically offered. The cocktail setup is suitable for both the appetizer part of an event and for the entire meal.

Secular ceremony
Guests’ chairs are oriented towards an arch that can be decorated. The couple may sit or stand under the arch. The ceremony is led by a secular officiant or a member of the couple’s entourage. This setup usually requires audiovisual equipment installation.
